The Haven at New Riverside is situated on 348 beautifully forested acres located off SC 46 and SC 170 near prestigious Palmetto Bluff. In March 2007, I was given the honor and privilege of opening The Haven. From the Grand Opening to the first sale that day, to the first homeowner moving in...The Haven has continued to flourish!
